Guest Orders: If an order was placed using the guest check out option, please create an JNBY account to request and manage the return yourself by contacting our Customer Care team firstname.lastname@example.org to help facilitate the return.(When you decide to return, please remember to contact us first.)

You may return Full Priced items for a refund postmarked within 7 days after your order receiving date.
SALE Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.
To Initiate your Return:
Please submit a request for a Return by contacting our Customer Care team at email@example.com to assist you with the return process. JNBY adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please use plastic bags when return.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
