Returns & Exchange
You may return Full Priced items for a refund postmarked within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. Guest Orders: If an order was placed using the guest check out option, please create an JNBY account to request and manage the return yourself by contacting our Customer Care team email@example.com to help facilitate the return. (When you decide to return, please remember to contact us first.) Customer service: UTC-5 Weekday 18:00 (6:00 PM) - 3:00 (3:00 AM) Tips: 50% OFF and 40% OFF items are not eligible for return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags. (Accessories and individual products are not eligible for return or exchange. )
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.
To Initiate your Return:
Please submit a request for a Return by contacting our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you with the return process. JNBY adheres to a strict no-paper policy to reduce waste, so all shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
By mail: 1) You could ship the item(s) that you want to return or exchange to the US warehouse address at your cost (email email@example.com for the address detail). 2) We would offer you a FedEx return label and we would charge $40 from refund amount (Please note that you could ask the courier for a bag for shipping while box shipping would charge you more than $100).
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with an approval or rejection of your refund. Cancel policy (if applicable):
Orders could be cancelled before shipping. If you would like to cancel the shipped orders, you would be responsible for the freight cost of returning package. Any questions please email us at email@example.com.

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery.
These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s. shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.
