You may return Full Priced items for a refund postmarked within 7 days after your order receiving date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.
(Accessories and individual products are not eligible for return or exchange. )
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.
To Initiate your Return:
Please submit a request for a Return by contacting our Customer Care team at email@example.com to assist you with the return process. JNBY adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please use plastic bags when return.
If the return is caused by the consumer（e.g. color, size inappropriate）, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee in such situation.
By mail: 1)We would offer you a Fedex return label and we would charge $40 from refund amount 【Please note that you could ask the courier for a bag for shipping while box shipping would charge you more than $100】. or 2)You could ship the item(s) that you want to return or exchange to the address at your cost 【email firstname.lastname@example.org for the address detail】
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery.
These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s. shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.
